Conveniently located on the Northeast corner of Coliseum and East State Boulevard behind the Walgreens. You can access the building through the Walgreens parking lot or off Coliseum.

Entrances on the front and back of the building lock at 5pm. Evening and weekend appointments must use the private entrance on the North side of the building.
